This screen finds a downward breakout through a level 3 TD demand line, a rising line through the two latest TD point lows, that also passes DeMark's qualifier 2: the breakout bar opened below the TD line and below the previous close, a gap that shows strong supply. Thomas DeMark draws TD lines objectively through the two most recent TD points, highs or lows with lower highs or higher lows on each side; the level, or magnitude, is the number of bars on each side. Qualifiers help separate valid breakdowns from false ones.
