This screen finds a downward breakout through a level 2 TD demand line, a rising line through the two latest TD point lows, that also passes DeMark's qualifier 3: the selling pressure of the previous bar, its close minus the distance from its true high, projected a price below the TD line. Thomas DeMark draws TD lines objectively through the two most recent TD points, highs or lows with lower highs or higher lows on each side; the level, or magnitude, is the number of bars on each side. Qualifiers help separate valid breakdowns from false ones.
