This screen finds stocks whose RSI has been falling for the last 13 days. The RSI(14), developed by J. Welles Wilder, compares average gains with average losses over 14 days on a scale from 0 to 100; readings above 70 are considered overbought, below 30 oversold, and 50 separates bullish from bearish momentum. A steadily falling RSI shows building selling momentum; over several weeks it describes a persistent, broad decline in momentum.
