This screen finds stocks whose RSI has just crossed below 50. The RSI(14), developed by J. Welles Wilder, compares average gains with average losses over 14 days on a scale from 0 to 100; readings above 70 are considered overbought, below 30 oversold, and 50 separates bullish from bearish momentum. Moving below the midline shows that losses now outweigh gains, and momentum traders read it as a shift to a bearish bias.
