This screen finds stocks whose RSI has just crossed below 30. The RSI(14), developed by J. Welles Wilder, compares average gains with average losses over 14 days on a scale from 0 to 100; readings above 70 are considered overbought, below 30 oversold, and 50 separates bullish from bearish momentum. Entering oversold territory shows heavy selling; it can mark capitulation near a low, but in a strong downtrend the RSI can stay oversold for a long time.
