A Renko Head and Shoulders shows three peaks on the brick chart, the middle one higher than the two around it. Renko charts are built from bricks of a fixed size that ignore time and small price moves: a white brick is added when the price rises by one brick size, a black brick when it falls by one brick size. Because Renko filters out noise, the peaks are often clearer than on a candlestick chart, and a drop below the neckline completes the bearish reversal.
