A Renko Descending Triangle Breakout occurs when the bricks fall below a flat support level after a series of lower highs. Renko charts are built from bricks of a fixed size that ignore time and small price moves: a white brick is added when the price rises by one brick size, a black brick when it falls by one brick size. Sellers pushing in lower on each rally eventually overcome the buyers at the floor, and the breakdown often starts a new leg down.
