A Renko Ascending Triangle Breakout occurs when the bricks rise above a flat resistance level after a series of higher lows. Renko charts are built from bricks of a fixed size that ignore time and small price moves: a white brick is added when the price rises by one brick size, a black brick when it falls by one brick size. Buyers stepping in higher on each pullback eventually overcome the sellers at the ceiling, and the breakout often starts a new leg up.
