This screen finds stocks with a 2-week Relative Strength above 70, meaning their price gain over the last two weeks ranks in the top 30% of all stocks on the same exchange, which marks them as stocks clearly beating most of the market. Relative Strength is a percentile ranking: a reading of 70 means the stock outperformed 70% of its peers. This is a short-term ranking that shows which stocks have sustained their leadership beyond a single burst. Do not confuse it with the RSI oscillator.
