This screen finds stocks with a 1-week Relative Strength above 70, meaning their price gain over the last week ranks in the top 30% of all stocks on the same exchange, which marks them as stocks clearly beating most of the market. Relative Strength is a percentile ranking: a reading of 70 means the stock outperformed 70% of its peers. This is a very short-term ranking that highlights stocks leading the market right now, often on news or a sharp move. Do not confuse it with the RSI oscillator.
