A P&F Bearish Reversal is a sell signal that comes after a series of higher highs and higher lows: a column of O's falls below the previous O column and ends the uptrend on the chart. Point and Figure charts plot rising prices as columns of X's and falling prices as columns of O's, ignore time, and add a new column only on a reversal of several boxes, which filters out minor moves. The first lower low after an advance suggests that sellers are taking control.
