This screen finds companies with a Piotroski F-Score of 0. The Piotroski F-Score, developed by accounting professor Joseph Piotroski, awards one point for each of nine tests of profitability, leverage and liquidity, and operating efficiency, giving a score from 0 to 9. A score of zero means the company fails every test, a sign of serious financial weakness that short sellers and risk-averse investors watch closely.
