This screen finds stocks whose closing price is below the Parabolic SAR. The Parabolic SAR (stop and reverse), developed by J. Welles Wilder, plots dots below the price in an uptrend and above it in a downtrend; with the 0.02 step and 0.2 maximum, the dots accelerate toward the price as the trend continues and serve as a trailing stop. A close below the SAR means the indicator is in sell mode and the downtrend is intact, with the SAR level acting as a trailing stop for short positions.
